This website is owned and operated by Real Nappies Pty Ltd trading as Real Nappies (“we”, “us” and “our”). By using this website (“Site”) you agree to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use of personal information you may supply to us through your conduct on the Site.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. When we change this Privacy Policy we will also update the “Date of last update” at the top of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is in addition to any other terms and conditions applicable to the Site. We do not make any representations about third party web sites that may be linked to the Site. - 7.4 We will not charge you to make a request to access your record but we may charge you to actually provide access depending on the costs associated with obtaining and providing the material.
