Delivery Costs

Australia

We use Australia Post to deliver around Australia. We charge a standard shipping rate based on weight.  Our standard shipping rates are:

$14.95 - up to 5kg
$19.95 - up to 10kg

However, if you spend $300 or more in total on your order, then you get free shipping on everything - yah!

All our shipping has Authority To Leave (ATL) at the door. If you would like a signature required shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Internationally

We deliver anywhere in Australia. For international delivery, please order from our New Zealand website.

How do I get free delivery?

If you spend over $300 and live in Australia, you will get free delivery on your items.  That simple.

Delivery Times

Our processing time from you placing an order is 2 business days.  Shipping takes 3-7 business days.  You should receive a tracking number related to your order within a week of ordering. Contact us if you have any concerns.

If you need your order urgently, please make a note when placing your order and get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can try and make arrangements to speed up delivery.  This is not guaranteed, but we will try our best.

The above times will change if we are on holiday and you can expect longer delays - notification of this comes via newsletter or on the banner on the website. 

If your order has not arrived when you check your tracking number, please contact the courier company directly as once it's out of our hands there is little we can do.

 

Lost parcels / claims

You must notify the courier company of any lost / damaged parcels.

If a claim is to be made for lost or damaged items, an administration fee of 10% of your order value will apply.

If the claim is accepted by the courier company, we will refund you the value of your order minus any original shipping costs (if any).

If the claim is not accepted by the courier company, unfortunately we are unable to process a refund if Real Nappies was not at fault and the claim is due to circumstances outside our control.
